Thumb Wrestling Contest
You know you love to thumb wrestle! So have a thumb wrestling contest at your next party!
Things you’ll need:
Setting Up the Game
Write your friend’s names in the open slots around the tournament bracket.
Playing the Game
Each player clasps their right hands together with their thumbs on top,
sticking straight up. The players then start the thumb wrestle with a
chant while flipping their thumbs back and forth across each other for
each word in the chant. The chant is "One, Two, Three, Four! I Declare
Thumb War!"
Once the chant is over, the players wrestle with their thumbs. The winner is the first player to pin the other player’s thumb to the hands for a count of 3. The count can be as fast as they can spit out the words.
The eliminated player must chug a beer.
For the tournament, playing best 2 out of 3 or 5 out of 7 is good for one round of elimination.
Mix Up the Rules
Declaring that players must use their left hand. Since most people are right-handed this will give the lefties some advantage!
Make players play in multiples.
Play 2 on 1.
Play with hands upside down.
