hour away. It’s a great trip every year!

- Go to a local brewery that offers tour
Be sure to plan for potty breaks if your bus doesn’t have a bathroom on board. Otherwise people will be peeing out the window and all over the place. Trust me on this one.

along a beach ball and bounce it around the bus. If you don’t have a
beach ball, find someone with a condom in their pocket and blow it up!
Or bring along some clothespins and see how many your friends can attach to their face. Hmmm... I only wish I were making this up but Brian beat me to it.
Drinks
Kegs all the way! If you’re headed to a brewery or a festival, try to get a keg of the type of beer that you are headed to taste!My friends (about 50) can kill a keg an hour while on the bus, so plan accordingly.
Be sure to check that your Bus Rental allows alcohol. Most do but be sure to check the details.

Let your friends know the cost per person when you send out the invitation. Estimate it by dividing the cost of the bus by the number of people you expect. Don't forget to add in the tip for the driver.Also add the cost of the alcohol you’ll provide on the bus and entry fees to festivals, wineries, or tours. Pre-purchase any tickets that may be in high-demand. You don’t want to get to your destination and not be able to get in the door!
For this example, if you have 50 friends, each should give you $20. Yes, you’re right, $755/$50 = $15.10 however, I rounded up from $15.10 to $20 for a few reasons. First, there is usually some unexpected expense. Second, it’s easier to have people give you money in $5 increments. Third, you deserve a planning fee.And make your friends pay as soon as possible. Paypal makes it easy.
