Jello Wrestling
Do I really need to explain why Jello Wrestling makes your party legendary? I'm sure I don't but I want to anyway. Jello, half-naked people, throws to the ground, goo everywhere, stories of who went down and how hard. Imagine all the fun and the stories that will be told for years. . .
Things You'll NeedSetting Up the RingThis game is best played outdoors or indoors where the walls are easily washable. Set up your pool or tarp on the ground. If you're using a tarp, consider putting bags of mulch around the edges to create a ring and hold the tarp down.Make the jello. I suggest using no chill jello that you can get at JelloWrestling.com. It is MUCH easier to make, won't turn back to water, and won't stain people's clothes. It's also non-toxic but don't eat it! If you do make your own jello, make sure you have a place big enough to chill it. You may have to find a friend with a big cooler. Right before you're ready to start, fill your ring with jello! Playing the GamePlay tourney style (here's a bracket for you) or just let people go at it and take on the winners! If playing tourney style, try to match people who are about the same size (height and weight) for round one.Jello Wrestling Rules - A match consists of 3 rounds
- To start a round, the contestants much be in their designated starting area of the ring. The match begins once each wrestler has given the okay to the referee and he has signaled the match to begin.
- A round is over when one contestant pins their opponent twice thereby winning the round or 45 seconds has passed.
- If no contestant was pinned twice, the referee will ask the audience to determine the winner by loudest applause.
- If a contestant says "stop", taps out of the match or goes limp the match is immediately over.
- No shoes are allowed.
- Depending on the size of the pool, figure out how many people can wrestle safely together. You can do 1 on 1 or 2 on 2.
- Be nice or get disqualified - no doing anything that resembles assault, hair pulling, kneeing, head butting, gouging, choking, etc, etc.
- The referees always have the final say. This includes ejecting participants or audience members for any misconduct.
Tips -Have a hose and towels handy so that people can rinse and dry off. -Let people know they are going to be wrestling in jello and to dress appropriately. You may also want to remind them that jello tends to loosen/stretch clothes and too much may be revealed. Then again, you may not want to. Hee. -Keep a first-aid kit or two handy at the event in case of slips, bumps, and scrapes. Party Game Cost -- $75Assuming you need to buy a kiddie pool and 5 lbs of no chill jello, this game will cost about $75 bucks. Some of the best money you'll ever spend!
