Take a bunch of oranges, and cut them in half. Then, using a spoon, you can cut around the edges between the rind and the fruit's inner skin, and detach the fruit, leaving just the rind of half an orange. Fill the halves with Jello, let it set until firm, and then cut the halves into thirds.
